The secret to advertising a property for sale.
The real estate market is not what it used to be. To often homes sit on the market for much too long making it difficult to generate revenue for many businesses. Is there a way to remedy this problem? I believe there is. There still are buyers out there. Possibly not as many as there used to be but I believe there is still a buyer out there for every property. We just need to help them find us. How do we do this? Every one knows that most buyers begin their search for a new home online. I have seen the statistic as high as 99% of all potential buyers. This means that the internet is a goldmine of untapped resources that most businesses and home sellers do not fully take advantage of. I can't tell you how many real estate agents I have talked with that only post properties on the RMLS and every once in a while on Craigslist. Just 2 websites?! There are thousands of websites on the internet created just to help us advertise properties. Why do most of us not take advantage of them? Naturally I do not recommend paying to post on every site you can find. Some do not work as well as others. I have done some research and there are 21 sites that together reach the same number of people as the other thousands of sites combined. I post every property I cover on each one of these 21 sites and the RMLS. For the short time I have been doing this I have been very successful. My properties sell much faster than average. This isn't without cost but time is money. I have been able to nearly cut my time in half. I am able to provide information on these websites if any one would like to do their own research. I assure you it is amaizing. I have also worked out a special deal so that I am able to list the properties I cover for a fraction of the cost it would normally take me.
